BNL Rocked without Steven Page!
They did, indeed, play all the anthems. Make sure you buy their new album "All In Good Time" ahead of time so you will recognize all the songs. The rep between them and the crowd was spot on, continuously joking as you would expect. Kevin Hearn, Tyler, and Jim all stepped up musically and as jokesters to compliment Ed well, even though Steven Page's presence was missed. The stage was set with cool light boards, and they even had a guy from the Station Inn band (Dave from Cadillac Sky) play guitar with them for a song. They rocked, they played, and they did it without Steven Page. I saw many BNL shows in the early '90s, and they were magical. Then, when Stunt got so big, I saw them move to big outdoor arenas and stadium shows. Good to see them back at what they do best - relatively small venues and closeness with their fans. Thanks, guys! You rocked!
